Location: *Toowoomba - QLDMon to Fri | 60 hrs fortnight | availability for AM, PM, & Night shifts

Salary: $32.65 to $36.21 ph + Super + Salary Packaging + Allowances + Employee Discounts***
As a Personal Carer, you will:
* Support residents in their daily living activities, ensuring dignity and respect.
* Promote independence and well-being, encouraging residents to maintain their quality of life.
* Work as part of a team Collaborate with nurses, allied health, lifestyle, and hospitality support teams to ensure the best experience for all.
* Assist with mobility and equipment use to ensure resident safety.
* Provide emotional support and create a warm, nurturing environment.
* Accurately document care activities in iCare and follow best practices.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals, residents, and families to provide holistic care.
You Will Have:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability)
* An NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
* Experience in a similar role in aged care
