JL42 Peer Support and JL42 Ladybirds are seeking expressions of interest from dedicated, reliable, and value-aligned individuals to provide low-needs disability support across a 7-day roster.
We pride ourselves on delivering reliable, trustworthy, and person-centred support, and we are looking for support workers who share these values and can represent our service positively in the community.

We are looking for people who:
* Have a friendly, positive attitude and present themselves neatly and professionally
* Have a reliable, well-presented 4-door vehicle with comprehensive insurance
* Communicate well both verbally and electronically
* Have flexibility to work across a 7-day roster
* Are reliable, organised, and compassionate
* Have English as your first language
Requirements:
* Current National Police Check
* Working With Children Check
* First Aid Certificate including CPR
* Driver's license and reliable 4-door vehicle
Previous experience in disability support is not required, as training and guidance will be provided.
