About the Role
In this role you will be the face of our brand! You’ll interact with our customers at the rental counter, complete rental bookings and respond to general customer inquiries.
What you’ll do
1. Establish customer car rental needs by actively listening.
2. Review in detail ABG’s various add-ons and services to determine what may best suit the customer.
3. Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively.
4. Complete rental bookings in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
5. Answer customer questions and inquiries.

What we’re looking for
1. Applicants must have a full and valid driver’s licence.
2. This is a full-time position and requires availability to work on a rotational roster that includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
4. Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service, or similar roles.
5. Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
6. Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information.
