We are seeking an experienced Club Manager with proven leadership capability in a customer-focused, sales-driven environment. Previous experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality management is preferred, with a strong emphasis on team leadership, member experience, and performance management.

The Role
As a Club Manager, you'll be the heart of our club's success. You will oversee daily operations while fostering a culture of belonging and excellence. You will be accountable for the overall management of the club, achieving all KPIs and effectively leading the team by embracing a balanced approach to managing the business and cultivating an environment in which our BELONG values can thrive.
As part of your responsibilities, you may also be called upon to:
* Generating new leads, and Social Media presence
* Making calls to both leads and members
* Providing the highest level of service to our existing members
* Building rapport and generating leads for the Personal Trainers
* Ensuring the club is clean, safe and operating efficiently day-to-day
* Meeting targets and continually striving to improve
* Organising, posting, and responding to social media (FB and IG)
If considered for the role, you might be asked to provide these documents:
* Senior First Aid or equivalent
* CPR Certificate
* WWVP (Working with Vulnerable People)
About You
You have a genuine passion for health and fitness. You have a keen eye for social media and are comfortable putting yourself out there, by being in photos and videos for the club. This is the job for you if can show us that you are:
* People focused; critical for excellent customer service
* Goal oriented
* Proactive; offer opinions, feedback and new ideas in partnership with the other Management
* Willing to listen and learn; grow professionally and personally
* A leader; take initiative and responsibility
* Passionate about health and fitness
* Previous sales skills will be beneficial
* Punctual, presentable and professional
* Specific Gym Management experience is not a necessity as training will be provided on the job.
