Regional Operations Coordinator Role
The Regional Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing and leading administrative, budgetary, and human resource requirements for multiple courthouses and employees within approved premises.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Budget Management: Manage budgetary systems for the region and provide financial insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
2. Corporate Reporting: Assist the Regional Director in preparing corporate reports, including financial reports, HR management reports, and performance monitoring reports.
3. Financial Planning: Prepare annual budgets and coordinate the collection and analysis of financial information for ongoing budget forecasting.
4. Advice and Guidance: Provide timely and accurate advice to senior management on financial and HR matters, ensuring alignment with current policies and procedures.
5. Procurement and Contract Management: Coordinate procurement activities and contract management obligations for the region in accordance with business needs and government requirements.
6. Performance Frameworks: Manage performance frameworks for the region, including workforce performance and business unit outcomes.
7. Administrative Systems: Implement and maintain departmental and whole-of-government administrative systems, including asset replacement strategies and documentation retrieval systems.
