About the Role
As a Salesperson in our Audio Visual department, you'll understand life-at-home solutions and enjoy helping customers find the best outcome for their needs.
From TVs and home theatre systems to audio solutions, you will guide customers with confidence and enthusiasm.

What We Require:
Experience in (or ability to thrive in) a customer-focused, successful retail environment
Strong Audio Visual product knowledge including TVs, Audio, and Home Theatre Systems
Ability to service customers while managing workflow around their needs A commitment to exceptional customer service and problem-solving
Experience resolving customer complaints and making quick, effective decisions
Passion for achieving and exceeding individual and store sales targets
Flexibility across retail trading hours — including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trading
