Shift Supervisor – Red Rooster
Red Rooster is Australia's first and favourite chicken shop, loved by Aussies for almost 50 years. We're looking for shift supervisors to manage our operations and lead our crew.
Responsibilities
* Manage operations on shift to meet the brand's high standards of customer service, quality and safety.
* Lead and coach the crew to prepare and serve food while creating memorable customer experiences.
* Maintain a positive culture and a clean, safe, and well‐presented restaurant during peak periods.
* Utilise strong time‐management and multi‐tasking skills, and participate in food preparation and service when needed.
* Ensure the safety of our product, people and customers is always the top priority.
Qualifications
Experience or capability in supervising production workers and performing multi‐tasking in a fast‐paced environment.
Required Skills
