To develop and maintain strong relationships with a defined portfolio of customers, acting as the main point of contact for all account needs and delivering a great customer experience.
You will provide strong account management, seek to understand the customers' business challenges and utilise knowledge of the market and industry trends to identify and deliver solutions which address specific needs of the customer, drive growth and achieves key sales and profit metrics.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide strategic account management, through the development of effective and influential customer engagement
- Develop a trusted advisory relationship with key stakeholders across the customers organisation
- Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of sales activity through prospecting and pipelining
- Management of the end to end sales process from opportunity identification to close using Vocus' sales methodology
- Drive sales campaign and strategic initiatives, plan for account growth, identify opportunities for solution expansion and drive action plans around accounts that are at risk of nonrenewal.
**Skills**:
- Minimum 5 years experience in customer facing roles/account management
- Sound product and industry knowledge coupled with the ability to deal with clients and translate client needs into a complete solution:
- Experience in engaging directly with customers, forming relationships and delivering solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels
