The Role:
The participant is a male with a spinal cord injury who requires two-to-one support at various times throughout the day, seven days a week.
This role is on a casual on-going basis and commencing mid October.
Available shifts:
Approx shift times required
Plus inactive sleepover
Rates
Day - $ ***** per hour
Saturday - $ ***** per hour
Sunday - $ ***** per hour
Sleepover $****** includes 2 wake ups
Duties
Assistance with personal care/bowel care/showering etc
Assistance with domestic tasks
Manual handling such as transfers
Administering medication
Assisting with community access + health and rehab appointments
Family assistance
Allocated exercies/stretches
Skills and experiences
Australian Driver License
Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged care
Current National Police Clearance within 12 months
Current Blue Card
Current Yellow Card
NDIS Worker Orientation Module
NDIS Support Effective Communication Module
Reliable, proactive and positive attitude
