Exodas Pty Ltd is a well-established and growing transport company that operates Australia wide. We predominately provide transport services to the East coast of Australia, from Nth Queensland through to Melbourne.
Head Office is located in Yatala (QLD) with depots located in Warnervale (NSW), Bowen, Townsville, Tully, Innisfail and Mareeba.
We are a seeking an Administration Clerk with experience in transport operations administration for a twelve month contract to cover maternity leave.
This role is based at our Innisfail depot, and primarily provides operations support to our Innisfail and Tully depots, as well as assisting other depots as required.
Normal working hours are Monday to Friday (8.00am to 4.00pm), with weekend work required from time to time.
As an Administration Clerk, you will be responsible for:
* Data entry of bookings
* Email correspondence
* Telephone queries
* Updating bookings
* Manifesting delivery and pick up loads
* Liaising with clients and staff
* Reporting to management
* Daily use of excel spreadsheets
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
* Experience within the Transport/Logistics Sector is essential
* Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work autonomously
* Knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety responsibilities
* Ability to handle multiple priorities in an efficient manner
