Contract Type: Contract Position Full Time

Provide high‑quality teaching in Japanese and a second subject. Plan and deliver programs, track student progress, maintain classroom routines, and contribute to faculty and whole‑school tasks.

Salary Range: $82,796 to $136,848 full-time equivalent plus superannuation. Salary is determined based on years of teaching service.
Employment Status: Full-time
Eligibility: Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Start Date: July, 2026

About the Role

This role includes teaching the Japanese language and culture and another subject area in line with college curriculum and operational requirements. Key duties include planning and delivering learning programs, monitoring and reporting on student achievement, managing classroom routines, and contributing to standard faculty and whole‑school responsibilities.

This appointment is temporary to replace an employee who is on leave or secondment.

Qualifications and Eligibility
* Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching
* ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration
* ACT Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) registration
