About the Position
This role is not tied to a display home, it's a mobile sales role designed for a consultant who knows how to build relationships and close deals by being where the opportunities are.
To succeed, you'll need:
* Strong developer contacts and the ability to leverage land allocation as a key driver of sales.
* A proven track record in new home sales.
* Experience in custom building will be highly regarded.
