Executive Assistant Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including social media strategy and execution.
* Coordinate client appointments, inspections, auctions, and open homes.
* Prepare high-quality marketing materials and manage advertising deadlines.
* Attend property valuations, buyer appointments, and inspections with the Agent.
* Act as the key point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and the team.
* Manage schedules, meetings, and reporting while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
* Support auction day activities and project marketing initiatives.
* Maintain accurate records, reporting, and contribute to prospecting when required.
* Organise external consultants, photographers, and inspections.
Requirements:
* Previous real estate experience.
* Certificate of Registration/Real Estate Licence.
* Professional presentation with exceptional communication skills.
* High attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills and willingness to learn new systems.
* Current ACT driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
* Positive, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
