Regional Sales Specialist
This role is part of a sales team, promoting and selling consumable products within a specific geographical territory. The goal is to increase market share and penetration while maintaining favorable client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing, managing, and implementing the annual Territory Sales plan to achieve agreed sales targets and broader business objectives.
* Building relationships with external and internal clients to capitalize on business opportunities.
* Identifying key decision-makers and opinion leaders and working with colleagues to develop strong business relationships.
Requirements:
* Relevant degree or certificate preferred.
* Formal sales training desirable.
* Demonstrated experience in a similar role.

* High levels of personal drive and motivation.
* Maturity of judgment and discretion.
* Capacity to operate independently.
