Cost Estimation & Capital Controls

Establish cost baselines and cost breakdown structures (CBS) appropriate for each phase and work stream

Produce cost trending, variance analyses, and project-to-complete forecasts

Routine reporting of project cost KPI's

Risk, Contingency & Assurance

Contribute to the project risk register covering technical, regulatory, market, engineering, construction, and execution-readiness risks

Assist quantitative risk analysis (QRA) for both cost and schedule to inform contingency

Change Management & Scope Governance

Gatekeeper for Trend (Change) management processes

Establish a trend register process to manage evolving project definition during early-phase development

Inform stakeholders of trends for cost, schedule, risk, and scope impacts

Reporting & FID Documentation

Support weekly reporting and routine project control review functions

Prepare high-quality monthly reports covering cost, schedule, risk, progress, and key issues

Produce performance dashboards tailored to executive and board-level progress reporting and decision-making

Contractor, EPC/EPCM & Procurement Coordination

Integrate consultant and contractor inputs into the project schedule
