The Role
We're seeking a skilled Senior iOS Engineer to join our mobile app development team and drive our product roadmap.
You'll work on a SwiftUI-first codebase backed by a GraphQL API and a fast, modern CI/CD pipeline.
Our collaborative environment prioritizes clarity, constructive feedback, thoughtful testing, and the effective use of AI-assisted tooling to deliver high-quality results efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and own major feature delivery from discovery through implementation, release, and iteration.
* Develop architectural patterns and technical direction to support performance, modularity, and maintainability.
* Write high-quality Swift and SwiftUI code using structured concurrency and clean state management.
* Improve production health and reliability through instrumentation, debugging, monitoring, and incident support.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create consistent experiences.
* Mentor and support teammates through pairing, knowledge-sharing, and constructive code reviews.
* Advance developer experience and workflows, exploring the strategic use of AI-assisted development tools.
Requirements
* Deep experience building and shipping iOS apps using Swift and SwiftUI in production environments.
* Proficiency with structured concurrency, Swift Package Manager, and XCTest with a practical approach to testing.
* Strong architectural and systems reasoning with the ability to evaluate and communicate trade-offs clearly.
* Experience leading complex or ambiguous work and bringing clarity and direction to others.
* Collaborative communication skills that build trust and alignment within cross-functional teams.
* Interest in mentoring and enabling others through pairing, review culture, and shared growth.
