Looking for someone who can not only be a support worker but can also be a mate to a young Aussie lad who enjoys 4WDing, rap and country music and has his own clothing label
What will you be doing?
* Supporting client-centred daily living (personal care, meals, mobility, meds)
* Joining in on social and recreational activities
* Building genuine connections with clients and their families
What are we looking for?
* A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability, Aged Care, or similar)
* First Aid + CPR, Driver's Licence, and all the usual checks (NDIS, WWCC)
* Someone willing to do a variety of shifts, including actives
* Experience with hoisting / manual handling
* Great communication skills and a positive, client and team attitude
* Experience in disability support is a plus, but passion and people skills matter most
