Job Title: Audience Insights Professional
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Audience Insights Professional. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping our understanding of audience needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead research programs to identify emerging trends and needs among women.
* Deliver strategic insight reports that inform commercial strategies, marketing initiatives, and content ideation.
* Develop and manage audience research pipelines, including survey design and thematic analysis.
* Collaborate with content teams to generate insights across various channels.
* Drive commercial uplift studies and support pre- and post-campaign evaluations.
Requirements:
* A strong background in audience research, marketing analytics, or insights with 5+ years of experience.
* Excellent quantitative research skills, including end-to-end research processes.
* Proficiency in survey and data tools such as Q, Alchemer, SPSS, Excel, SQL, and Google Analytics.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives.
* Experience leading teams and collaborating across multiple departments.
