About the Role
We are seeking a enthusiastic Exercise Physiologist to join our multidisciplinary team at Thrive Medical. While you'll work across the lifespan, this role has a strong focus on supporting adult clients through evidence-based assessment, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation.
As part of the role, you will:
* Deliver pre-employment medical assessments and functional capacity testing
* Facilitate group fitness and rehabilitation classes across a range of populations
* Provide individualised exercise prescription to support prevention, treatment, and management of chronic and complex conditions
* Work with compensable schemes including WorkCover, Medicare, NDIS, and DVA
* Collaborate closely with GPs, allied health, and care services to ensure holistic, client-centred care

What We're Looking For
* Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA) registration
* SIRA (or willing to obtain)
* Current First Aid and CPR certification.
* Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and National Police Check.
* NDIS worker check or willing to obtain
