Key Responsibilities
* Provide face-to-face support for young parents and their families, addressing their unique needs and circumstances.
* Build strong relationships with external agencies, including housing, child protection, and health services, to ensure comprehensive care.
About the Role
* You will work collaboratively with an experienced Social Work team, Aboriginal Health Liaison Officer, and Young Parent Network to provide holistic support.
* Receive regular supervision from the Social Work Head of Discipline and participate in monthly team and group supervision sessions.
