We're fast-paced, collaborative, creative, and growing, and we're looking for a talented Videographer & Photographer to join us on a part-time basis, with a clear pathway to a full-time role.
The Role
This is a 3-day-per-week position (Tuesday–Thursday), split between shooting and editing. You'll work across a range of clients and content types, restaurant launches, clinic brand shoots, e-com product photography, social content days, corporate campaigns, and beyond.
What You'll Be Doing
- Plan, shoot, and deliver high-quality video and photography content across a diverse client base
- Capture compelling content on location and in-studio, managing your own setups including lighting, audio, and camera equipment
- Edit and post-produce your own content, delivering polished final assets that meet tight deadlines, or collaborate with our in-house editor to bring projects to life
- Communicate directly with clients when required, maintaining a professional and proactive approach
- Collaborate with the wider team to bring creative briefs to life, from concept through to final delivery
- Optimise content for multiple platforms and formats, ensuring maximum impact across social media, web, and digital channels
- Stay ahead of trends by bringing fresh shooting techniques, visual styles, and creative perspectives to client projects
- Maintain and manage your equipment, ensuring gear is in top condition and ready for shoots
What You'll Bring
- 2–4+ years of experience in videography and photography, ideally in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
- Your own camera, lens, and lighting equipment, this is essential
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop), Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Strong technical skills across camera operation, lighting, and audio capture
- A keen eye for visual storytelling and composition
- Strong communication skills, you'll be client-facing, so the ability to present yourself well and manage relationships matters.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating versatility across different content styles and industries
Bonus Points For
- Experience with After Effects for motion graphics and animation
- Advanced colour grading skills (DaVinci Resolve preferred)
- Drone operation experience and certification
- Podcast and audio production experience
- Familiarity with current social media content trends and platform specifications
