The Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role joins our Australian-based international finance team and takes ownership of financial performance across multiple project entities.
This is more than reporting numbers — it is an opportunity to influence outcomes.
Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will provide commercial insight, challenge assumptions and drive cost control across complex, high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities
Own month-end across multiple entities, delivering accurate and commercially meaningful reporting
Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to drive accountability, performance and profitability
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with clear variance analysis and actionable insight
Prepare board-level reporting and present financial insights to support strategic decision-making
Manage audit processes and ensure compliance with financial controls and governance requirements
Improve financial models, reporting frameworks and ERP utilisation (COINS) to enhance visibility and control
About You
You are technically strong, commercially sharp and confident influencing senior stakeholders. You thrive in a project environment and are motivated by improving financial performance, not just maintaining compliance.
CPA qualified with a degree in Accounting, Finance or similar
Proven experience in management accounting (construction or project environment highly regarded)
Strong Excel capability and ERP experience (COINS highly regarded)
Demonstrated experience preparing board reports
Strong audit exposure with exceptional attention to detail
