**Your New Role**
Reporting to the Solutions Analyst Team Leader, We’re seeking a proactive Microsoft 365 Support Specialist to help our people get the most out of their tools—from Outlook and Teams to SharePoint, OneDrive, Forms, and PowerApps. In this hands-on role, you will troubleshoot issues, guide users through best practices, and support adopt ion of low-code solutions that streamline work and spark innovation. You’ll collaborate across departments, contribute to knowledge sharing, and help shape a secure, user-friendly digit al environment.If you’ve got solid experience supporting Microsoft 365, a knack for translating tech int o plain language, and curiosity about how Forms and Power Apps can transform everyday processes—we’d love to hear from you. **About You**
- At least 3 years experience with the following: Finance/HR/ERP systems, POS systems, CMS/CRM
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines ith a high level of accuracy and attention to details
- Exceptional conceptual ability, skills in analysis and problem solving
- Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Current drivers license to travel to PCYC Youth Clubs as required, eligible to obtain RDA if required
