Head Buyer – Bras N Things | Hanes Australasia | 10 month FTC Reporting to the GM Product Marketing, the Head Buyer drives the category strategy to deliver a commercial, profitable, and customer-focused product range.
What you'll do: Own the full product lifecycle – from range planning to in-store delivery Develop and execute seasonal and annual merchandise plans aligned to business strategy Maximize sales and profit through smart, data-led range selection and allocation Lead new product introductions and exit strategies Build strong cross-functional and supplier relationships to hit key milestones and drop dates What you'll bring: 2–3+ years' experience owning product/merchandise lifecycle Retail and buying experience Strong commercial, financial, and analytical acumen Proven leadership with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams Agile, proactive, and detail-driven problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment .
