Clinical Trial Psych Raters are essential members of research teams, ensuring the integrity of clinical trial assessments.
These professionals work closely with researchers to guarantee the reliability of data. They review and evaluate scales administered by raters, providing expert guidance on assessment methodology and scoring techniques. In addition, Clinical Trial Psych Raters collaborate with rater teams to discuss and implement best practices in data collection and analysis.
The ideal candidate will possess a master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing or Social Work, or an equivalent qualification. A minimum of 3 years' experience administering psychiatric assessments, ratings scales, and/or structured clinical interviews is also required. Specifically, expertise with EQ-5D-5L (Interviewer-administered and Proxy 1 version) & mRS is necessary. The candidate should also demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office systems and applications is also essential.
