More About You – Sales Assistant
The ideal candidate will have a customer-first mentality and a passion for creating a fun, authentic shopping experience.
You will thrive in a busy, sales-driven environment, exuding a happy and energetic personality and willing to engage customers with a laugh or dance-off.
Your Role
Provide high levels of customer service and build strong rapport
Handle cash and E-ftpos accurately
Maintain solid product knowledge across all business pillars
Maintain store standards, assist with merchandising and presentation
Work towards budgets, targets and KPIs
Assist with stock control and quality management
Follow national legislation, WHS and security guidelines
You Will Also Have
Passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
A happy, friendly and energetic personality
A desire to deliver high-quality customer service
Valid Police Check Report required if successful in interview stage
