We are seeking an Apprentice Sheet Metal Fabricator for our manufacturing site at Wetherill Park, NSW. The qualification on completion would be a Certificate III Engineering Light Fabrication.

The successful applicant will be punctual and reliable, be willing to learn and apply new techniques, learn new systems, and above all, be a team player.

To be considered for the apprenticeship you need no experience but must have the following attributes:

• 2nd or 3rd year apprenticeship.
• Good communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and take instructions from qualified tradesmen.
• Trade level mathematics skills (year 10 minimum).
• Genuine interest in beginning a career in metal fabrication.
• Process of completing or completed pre‐vocational course in metal fabrication (encouraged to apply).
• Metalwork (or similar) subject completion (year 10 minimum).
• Demonstrated IT literacy.
• Someone who takes pride in their work.
• Motivated and eager to learn.
• Reliable, honest, and trustworthy.
• It would be beneficial to have a car licence but not essential.
