The Role
Reporting to the Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Analysts are responsible for assisting with the assessment of the financial and credential standing of organisations and individuals who may be, or are, recipients of Commonwealth funding. The Financial Viability team is part of the Employment Procurement Branch which undertakes a range of tasks to ensure the effective procurement of employment services. The team provides a range of services to both the department and other departments and agencies and forms part of the department's response to the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (PGPA Act), which requires that the department spend public money in an efficient, effective and ethical way.

Essential – Tertiary qualifications in accounting
