Job Description
As a gaming floor attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure and customer-focused environment on the gaming lounge. You'll be the first point of contact for our gaming patrons, providing support with machine operations and ensuring a high standard of service is consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver friendly, responsive, and respectful service to all gaming patrons.
* Monitor and attend to the gaming floor, including poker machines, TAB, and Keno.
* Process payouts and handle minor machine faults or issues.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and responsible gambling policies.
* Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the gaming area.
* Report incidents, malfunctions, or suspicious behaviour promptly.
* Work collaboratively with security and other departments to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
About You
* Previous experience in a gaming, hospitality, or customer service environment (preferred).
* Professional, well-groomed appearance with a positive attitude.
* Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
* Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
* Current RSA and RCG certifications are mandatory.
