About the Role
We're looking for a seasoned Product Manager to spearhead our strategic initiatives, shaping our product roadmap and driving key business outcomes.
This is a dynamic and challenging role where you'll lead cross-functional teams, solve complex problems, and deliver end-to-end solutions that drive growth and innovation.
As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for defining our OptusPay and payments products proposition, assisting in the definition of the roadmap of initiatives to support a clear and consistent 'Why Optus' story for relevant target segments, developing strategy and key execution plan to deliver key transformation programs across Optus relating to Mobile product and shared Customer Solutions platforms, leading continuous improvement projects from idea to execution, working with internal and external collaborators, achieving revenue and cost goals, and ensuring that the product plans align with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
You'll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where every day brings something new. You'll balance creativity with data, problem-solve with consideration across marketing, commercial & technical outcomes, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver results-driven outcomes.
