We are a dynamic team in the heart of Bendigo, Djaara Country. Our core function is to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Governance, Risk & Controls Advisory team. This includes ensuring timely completion of tasks and delivering a seamless client-focused service experience.
The Role:
* Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality client deliverables.
* Support the team with managing and prioritising workflows.
* Schedule meetings, appointments, and trainings.
Tasks may include generating draft documents using our software and document management systems, making travel arrangements, reviewing and formatting reports for presentation to clients,
About You:
Able to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
Able to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Motivated by opportunity for growth and professional development.
