About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Remedial Massage Therapist or Beauty Qualified Therapist with a passion for Massage Therapy to join our Virginia Merse Wellness Spa as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality remedial and relaxation massage treatments tailored to individual client needs
* Educate clients on recovery, wellness and complementary Merse services
* Maintain treatment rooms to premium spa standards
* Complete client notes accurately and professionally
* Contribute to a calm, supportive and high-performing team environment
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Diploma of Remedial Massage (or equivalent qualification)
* Current Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance
* Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
* Commitment to long-term client care and rebooking
* Reliability, professionalism and strong personal presentation
* First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
* Australian working rights
* Experience in modalities such as lymphatic drainage, pregnancy massage or dry needling is highly regarded, but not essential.
