Assistant Store Manager – Responsibilities
* Fostering a client‐centric mindset through extraordinary experiences
* Driving and maximizing sales performance
* Motivating the store team to exceed their KPIs
* Managing and coaching the store team for internal growth and succession planning
* Ensuring the team is prepared and updated on Prada Group information, product knowledge, policies and procedures
* Promoting an entrepreneurial and collaborative team spirit
* Representing the Company locally, identifying new opportunities to increase customer footfall and build loyal relationships with the brand
* Meeting store budgets and controlling expenses
* Implementing clienteling initiatives and events
* Enforcing company procedures on cash activity, inventory, logistics and the main reporting activities requested by Head Office
Knowledge and Skills
* Solid people‐management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high‐performing sales team
* Strong commercial understanding and business‐driven approach to drive sales and KPIs
* Strong customer‐service orientation – understanding how to put clients first and provide service that surprises and delights them
* Interest in luxury fashion and strong understanding of competitors and the overall market
