About the role
We are building our team and actively recruiting across multiple roles and locations and are nowlooking for a skilled and dedicated Business manager to join our cybersecurity team in Australia. As a Business manager, you will be responsible for managing a operations team who work on client facing operational tasks such as monitoring, analysing, and reporting on cyber assessments.This role requires background cyber and technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices, alongwith having client management, project planning, delivery overseeing and meeting timelines.
Key responsibilities
* Lead team of operations, client management and meet client delivery timelines
* Multitask and manage/oversee multiple business objectives across proposal development, project delivery, R&D, marketing and business management activities
* Knowledge of Using cyber assessment tools to identify vulnerabilities and asses the security health of network, cloud, endpoint device, dark web, and applications for businesses.
* Manage product roadmap and sales calls
* Manage order provisioning process, license provisioning and onboarding of clients
* Help clients understand the severity of vulnerabilities in an easy-to-understand non-tech language and subsequently helping them prioritise remediation working closely with IT and network teams.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security controls,mitigation, and fixing vulnerabilities.
* Stay up to date with the latest cyber threats,Vulnerability management techniques, OWASP Top 10 and industry trends around newly identified threats or Zero Day Vulnerabilities
Qualifications & experience
* 1-5+ years'post graduateexperience intechnology consulting, customer facing, sales roles
* Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, Information Technology,cybersecurity,or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
* Team management and project delivery experience
* Ability to work nights and weekends during a crisis event,flexibility to work as per business requirements.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
* MS excel modelling, PowerPoint, and Visio experience preferable.
* Ability to work independently with little guidance in a fast-paced time pressure environment.
* Results driven, action-oriented individual with time management and planning skills.
* Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams in different industries and countries.
