As a leader in our clinical team, you will play a key role in developing the skills of students and Youth Care Coordinators. Your guidance and mentorship will help shape the growth and development of our service, aligning with our strategic plan and client demand.
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to work collaboratively with young people to develop individual recovery plans and service plans that prioritize their needs. You will undertake assessments of young people as appropriate, working with them at different stages of mental illness.
Our ideal candidate has tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or a relevant allied health discipline. They have current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA) or full membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in the mental health sector, with a strong understanding of recovery-focused practice and its application to youth populations. A clear knowledge of the impact of mental health issues in the community is also essential.
