We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Brand Manager to join our passionate Nestlé Health Science Marketing team. The role will assist in the development and execution of strategic omni-channel marketing initiatives for the SUSTAGEN brand across key channels including in-store, digital, social and eCommerce.
**A day in the life of...**:
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible in the execution and development of projects, activities and campaigns for our SUSTAGEN portfolio.
A day in the life will look like:
- Assist in planning and executing brand marketing plans across multiple channels (including grocery, pharmacy, hospital and aged care).
- You will play a key role in activating the marketing calendar.
- You will take a leading role in our digital and e-commerce channel
- You will continually monitor the portfolio performance, reporting and managing the advertising and promotional spend.
- This role will see you collaborating with internal, cross functional, and external stakeholders to support the effective implementation of brand activities
- You will play a key role to bring to life our exciting global innovation products into the Australian & New Zealand market
- You will participate in the development and execution of media and/ or digital campaigns including preparation of briefs and management of creative workflow with agencies (with a preparedness to assist in briefing)
- This role will see you take project ownership of critical marketing activities that drive growth of the SUSTAGEN brand
**What will make you successful**:
- You will hold a bachelor's degree (Commerce / Business / Marketing)
- Ideally you will come from a similar role with 1-2-year experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong project management and time management skills are essential.
- Digital and/or point of sale material management exposure will be highly regarded.
- Ultimately it will be your innovative approach and ability to work collaboratively on multiple projects that will see you succeed in the role.
