**Clinical Governance Specialist Role Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Governance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a pivotal role in driving clinical excellence and innovation in healthcare delivery.
Your primary focus will be on embedding our Clinical Governance Framework into Primary and Community Care programs, evolving current service models, ensuring clinical risk is effectively managed and quality improvement is at the forefront.
You will lead the management of complaints, incidents, adverse event investigations, and clinical escalations. Additionally, you will support credentialing, audit, and accreditation processes to uphold clinical standards.
As part of our team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver quality improvement initiatives, monitor and report on clinical KPIs, ensuring alignment with contractual and business requirements.
This role is ideal for a qualified Allied Health Professional or Registered Nurse with experience in clinical governance and quality assurance.
Key responsibilities include analysing clinical data, producing high-quality reports, and contributing to service improvement initiatives. Experience in designing models of care, supporting new service development, managing clinical incidents, and navigating accreditation processes will be highly regarded.
