About the Role
As the Dragline Trainer, you will;
* Learn the power of our iXcede software and how it can combine with your skills to give unparalleled insight in to how to improve as a productive operator.
* Deliver hands-on training and mentoring to new and existing operators.
* Previous training or mentoring experience is preferred but not essential for this role.
* Promote a strong safety culture and operational excellence.
* Collaborate with site leadership to identify training needs and performance gaps.
We are pursuing exceptional talent who bring a
minimum 10 years of dragline operating experience
