Star Pharmacy Group is looking for an HR Systems Partner to join our People & Culture team on an 8-month contract, supporting system optimisation and workforce insights across our growing national network.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, People & Culture, this role sits at the intersection of HR operations and analytics. You will manage HR systems, improve employee lifecycle processes, and deliver workforce insights that support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes within our HRIS (Tanda)
* Act as SME for HR systems, including system improvements and implementations
* Deliver workforce reporting, dashboards, and data insights
* Ensure compliance with HR legislation, audits, and reporting requirements
* Lead HR system and process improvement projects
* Support leaders and employees with HR systems, reporting, and queries
About You
You are a detail-oriented and commercially minded HR professional who enjoys working with systems, data, and process improvement.
You will bring:
* Experience in HR Systems, HR Operations, or HR Analytics roles
* Strong experience managing HRIS platforms and reporting tools
* Proven ability to analyse workforce data and provide actionable insights
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on automation and efficiency
* Tertiary qualification in HR or a related discipline
* Experience supporting system implementations or transformation projects
