In this role, you will develop and implement digital strategies that enhance website performance, improve conversion rates, and ensure a seamless user experience across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop tailored e-commerce strategies to meet the specific business goals of clients.
* Take ownership of Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) efforts to drive increased user engagement and conversions.
* Lead audits, A/B testing, and other optimization techniques to enhance website performance.
* Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to implement effective, user-friendly design solutions.
* Analyse key metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on all things digital.
Key Requirements:
* You have proven experience as an eCommerce Strategist or eCommerce Manager with a focus on Shopify Plus.
* 3+ years of experience in e-commerce strategy, CRO, or web development.
* Proven track record with A/B testing, CRO tools (like Google Optimize, Hotjar, VWO), and UX best practices.
* Strong experience with platforms like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce or BigCommerce.
* An analytical mindset with the ability to optimize digital experiences based on data insights.
* Strong communication skills with a client-first approach to digital consultancy.
This role is based in Sydney and operates a Hybrid work model.
