We're looking for a
CRM Marketing Manager
to drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value across our global portfolio. You'll lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of data-driven communications that make our customers feel seen, valued, and connected.
What we are looking for:
Lead and execute cross-channel lifecycle communications to drive acquisition, retention, and sales across six markets.
Manage and mentor a CRM Specialist, supporting their ongoing development.
Oversee loyalty, reviews, data capture, and other retention-focused initiatives that enhance customer experience.
Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on customer growth and retention opportunities.
Own the customer lifecycle journey which includes integrating CRM, automation, and touchpoints across email, SMS, and beyond.
Collaborate with wider Performance and Brand teams to align lifecycle activity with business goals.
Manage CRM platforms (Klaviyo and integrations), ensuring cost-effective and efficient usage.
Own vendor and partner relationships, contracts, and platform performance.
Lead the measurement framework for lifecycle and retention using tools such as Northbeam, GA4, and Looker Studio.
Define and optimise attribution models to understand CRM performance across channels.
Monitor audience growth, LTV, and engagement trends, turning data into actionable insights.
Deliver retention and acquisition strategies based on data and attribution learnings.
Own the CRM campaign schedule and flow execution (email, SMS, and automation).
Brief and collaborate with design and content teams to deliver high-impact creative.
Build and deploy campaigns in Klaviyo with precision, ensuring segmentation accuracy and timely delivery.
We are looking for someone who:
Has several years of experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing (ideally eCommerce or DTC).
Has deep understanding of segmentation, automation, and customer journey mapping.
Is confident using CRM tools like Klaviyo, Attentive, or similar platforms.
Is analytical and creative, loves testing, learning, and optimising.
Is collaborative, curious, and passionate about building experiences that drive loyalty.
Wants to enjoy an in-office role as well as flex to work from home a portion of the week.
