Key responsibilities include:

* Delivering Positive Behaviour Support services in compliance with NDIS standards and relevant state authorisation legislation
* Utilising the organisation's NDIS registration to provide services to your own clients
* Managing your own caseload and schedule with complete autonomy
* Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments and developing Behaviour Support Plans tailored to participant needs
* Collaborating with participants, families, and stakeholders to implement evidence-based strategies

To be successful in this role, you will require:

* A degree in psychology, developmental education, social work, or a related discipline
* A minimum of 2.5 years of experience in Positive Behaviour Support
* Proficiency under the NDIS Behaviour Support Capability Framework
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* A valid ABN, plus your own equipment (laptop, insurance, phone, email, and vehicle)
