Our Federal Government client has an ongoing and significant portfolio of projects comprising digital initiatives, legislative changes, and business improvements. They are seeking to establish an arrangement to provide experienced and highly skilled professional Dynamics 365 staffing, expertise and consultancy services that will enable IT to achieve its project deliverables.
Senior Dynamics 365 Developers
Proven experience in leading MS Dynamics 365 technical specialists in complex enterprise environments
Advanced MS Dynamics 365 development (C#, JavaScript, HTML, SQL) and deployment experience
Advanced skills in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Extensive Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution design experience
Strong interpersonal, communication and people skills with internal and external stakeholders
Experience in resolving complex client and stakeholder related queries with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with limited supervision and be accountable for outcomes
Experience working in AGILE environments.
A tertiary qualification in IT, engineering or other relevant degree is desirable
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications MB-230, MB-400 and MB-600 are highly desirable
Junior Dynamics 365 Developers
provide both technical and functional knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365
set-up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution
design and develop modifications or extensions to the standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, unit testing, deployment and writing technical documentation
plan and support system and acceptance testing
proactively solve business issues and manage stakeholder expectations
detailed understanding of primary technology platforms: Microsoft .NET, CRM Dynamics, SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure & AWS Integration in a secured environment
demonstrated experience with Microsoft Azure is desirable
experience working in AGILE environments
A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology from a recognised educational/accredited institution is desirable and/or equivalent substantial relevant work experience (current or previous)
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is desirable
Senior Dynamics Functional Consultant
proven experience in developing requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service applications
advanced knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 applications
demonstrate ability to analyse and understand business problems (past experience in the finance industry desirable)
proven experience in data modelling and process design
strong interpersonal, communication and people skills with internal and external stakeholders
ability to effectively present complex information to different target audiences both verbally and in writing
ability to resolve client and stakeholder related queries with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
ability to support team members to evaluate and propose technical alternatives for resolving business and technology issues
ability to work independently with limited supervision and be accountable for outcomes
relevant tertiary qualification and Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification are highly desirable
experience working in AGILE environments
Junior Dynamics Functional Consultant
Proven experience in leading functional specialists in enterprise environments
Working knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 functionalities with experience in performing high-level configuration and customisation
Strong interpersonal, communication and people skills with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to effectively present complex information to different target audiences both verbally and in writing
Experience in resolving client and stakeholder related queries with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with limited supervision and be accountable for outcomes
Relevant tertiary qualification and Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification are highly desirable
