Technical Business Analyst - AI and Data
The role involves supporting clients in data analysis, requirements gathering, and designing data solutions aligned with their strategic objectives.
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be part of our delivery team and work consultatively across various data environments, helping our clients solve their business problems.
* Continuous process improvement requires the identification of innovative solutions through research and analysis, insight, and experience of best practices.
* Create requirement specifications by analysing requirements, creating visual models, facilitating elicitation sessions, and digging around in the data when needed.
* Design and build reports – capture data requirements for the client and team.
* Data analysis using SQL, DAX, and/or other programming languages to analyse data when required to form business requirements.
* Manage or supervise team members to deliver complex technical initiatives, with accountability for performance and results.
What We Look For
* Demonstrated experience creating requirements specifications, analysing requirements, creating visual models, facilitating workshop sessions, and using necessary business analyst tools.
* Demonstrated expertise in a core domain of expertise, this could include data migration processes (including planning, execution, and validation), modern web applications (including design systems), or other domains.
* Demonstrated advanced knowledge and experience with SQL and programming skills such as Python and R.
