We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our Finance and Administration team in Western Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, ensuring excellent customer service, and liaising with internal teams to deliver results efficiently.
About the Role
* Receive and manage customer orders
* Maintain high standards of customer queries and service levels
* Liaise with logistics teams to schedule deliveries
* Liaise with production teams to ensure adequate stock levels
* Liaise with finance teams to close out sales cycles
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess
* A strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes and delivering results efficiently
* Experience in dealing with customers and interdepartmental teams
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience with finance or enterprise resource planning systems
* A self-motivated attitude with sound numeric, written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to work independently or within a team environment
