About The Role
As an Order Fulfilment & Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the key contact for managing customer orders end‐to‐end, ensuring a seamless experience from order entry through to delivery. You'll work closely with warehouse, logistics, supply chain, and account management teams to ensure everything goes to plan—accurately, on time, and with exceptional service. You'll manage customer enquiries across email and phone, monitor stock availability, communicate lead times, and proactively address any issues impacting DIFOT performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full order fulfilment process, including proactive communication with customers and stakeholders
* Process customer orders and queries accurately to ensure Delivery in Full, On Time (DIFOT)
* Maintain accurate customer pricing, special conditions, and order notes
* Oversee the customer service & claims inbox, ensuring all enquiries are actioned promptly and professionally
* Partner with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams to resolve order‐related issues
* Serve as the primary order management contact for your allocated accounts
* Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance order accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
* Work confidently and autonomously while contributing positively to a supportive team environment
What You Bring
* Proven experience in order fulfilment, 3PL order management, or structured customer service environments
* Strong stakeholder management skills, ideally dealing with foodservice accounts (e.g., PFD, Bidfood, major distributors)
* SAP experience is essential
* Experience with EDI and MS Office applications
* Strong understanding of order fulfilment workflows and business processes
* Customer‐centric mindset with excellent communication skills
* Ability to work under short lead times, manage workload peaks, and stay accountable
* Willingness to learn our processes and adapt to a new way of working
