Experienced Restaurant Waitstaff, Restaurant Supervisors, Senior Bar attendants and Baristas
We are seeking experienced and talented team members to join our team at the new Phoenix Brasserie in West Perth, Western Australia.
We are looking for:
Fine dining Restaurant Supervisors, experienced waitstaff, professional cocktail bar Attendants and Baristas with substantial hands on experience in the day to day running of a fine dining restaurant.
The role
- The successful candidate will have at least 1 year experience in a similar role and have a genuine passion for hospitality
- Extensive first class table service, sound bar skills and Australian and international wine knowledge, barista skills.
- Previous experience in a fine dining or upmarket restaurant situation is essential.
- With strong work ethic and team player
- Applicants need to be well groomed, highly motivated and customer focused
- Only applicants with a genuine passion for hospitality will be considered
- Contactable references are a must.
- Valid RSA
- Formal Hospitality education is advantageous
- Own transport
- Able to work day and evenings till close
- Available on major public holidays and weekends
- Must be a permanent Australian Resident or Citizen or have correct visa. Must have full working rights in Australia. No sponsorship available.No Back packers or on working holiday will be considered.
