Overview Our client URGENTLY requires an Export Control Manager for a 23 months + Contract in Canberra.The Export Control Manager will regularly engage with their equivalent counterparts in industry, International Export Controls (IEC), and other stakeholders to facilitate export controls approvals.
You will develop export control approval application packages such as Third-Party Retransfers and Technical Assistance Agreements and will support technology and data releases to industry and various stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements Skills and Experience required includes:Demonstrated ability to interpret and implement legislation and policy relevant to the projects, preferably ITAR and FMS.Ability to develop and maintain Project Plans, Instructions, and Registers.Experience with records and information management, preferably in a highly regulated environment.Knowledge of US export controls including ITAR, FMS and DCS controls highly regarded.Must have (minimum) NV1 security clearance.
