As our receptionist, you'll play a key role in creating a smooth, positive experience for every customer who walks through our door or calls our office.
Responsibilities
* Greet customers and manage front-of-house enquiries
* Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally
* Schedule consultations, installations, and measure appointments
* Assist with basic admin tasks, invoicing, and data entry
* Support the sales team with customer follow-ups
* Keep the showroom tidy, organised, and welcoming
Qualifications
* A warm, confident communicator
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Comfortable using computers and booking systems
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Previous admin or reception experience including MYOB is a bonus, but not essential
