The Role:
Deliver personalised care to clients with complex and high-intensity needs in their homes
Maintain client dignity, comfort, and independence
Communicate effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams
Work remotely with flexibility while upholding service excellence
Accurately document care provided using digital systems
What We’re Looking For:
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or similar (required)
Minimum 12 months’ experience in high-intensity or complex care environments
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Valid Paid NDIS Worker Screening Check
Police Check
Reliable transport and open driver’s licence
Excellent communication and time management skills
A high level of professionalism, empathy, and resilience
